코로나 바이러스 중환자 급상승에 따라 비(非)COVID-19 병자 진료에 차질이 나타나는 ‘의료 공백 걱정이 커지고 있을 것입니다. 국립중앙의료원 중앙응급의료센터에 따르면 23일 오후 6시 기준 부산 시내 주요 병원(지역응급의료기관급 이상) 50곳 중 18곳이 일부 응급 병자에 대해 ‘진료 불가를 발표했다. 중앙응급의료센터는 의료기관 간 응급환자 이송을 조정하기 위해 관련 정보를 공유완료한다
이에 준순해 복지부는 자문형 호스피스 수가 산업에 사전상담료를 신설했고 상급종합병원의 자문형 호스피스 격리실·임종실 입원료를 25만 9,520원에서 1인실 금액 수준인 32만 7,540원으로 인상하기로 했습니다. 또 그동안 말기 암병자만 자문형 호스피스 격리실을 사용할 수 있었지만 후천성면역결핍증, 만성 폐쇄성 호흡기질환, 만성 간경화 등 호스피스 대상 질병 병자 전체로 사용 저자를 확대하기로 했습니다.
