Just finished a floor installation in West Chester—levelling the subfloor was the trickiest part because the old house had some serious dips. Went with luxury vinyl plank for the family room; it handles the basement moisture better than hardwood. The homeowners wanted a warm, modern look, and the wide planks really open up the space. Took a full two days to get the transitions perfect.
